2. As a rule, I reply within 24 hours. We will hold meetings and issue estimates.
3.After I confirm the details, I will send a Paypal invoice. Please pay within 48 hours.
4. After confirming the payment, I will start working on the commission. *I will send a rough sketch to you.
5. Confirmation and revision of rough sketches. I then begin work on the finished version.
6. I will send you the full size image.
■About the calculation of fees
・For commercial use
50% fee will be added
(Exceptions are made for use within a video or distribution channel, where no commercial use fee is charged even if the work is monetized.
・In the case of complex character designs, illustrations of multiple people, or the addition of many accessories or decorations
additional fees may be charged. Please consult with us in advance.
・When the resolution or canvas size is extremely large
20% additional charge will be added.
・If the number of revisions exceeds the specified number
+20% fee will be added for each revision.
Up to 3 rough drafts and 1 delivery version (fine-tuning only) are free of charge.
Prices may vary depending on the content of the request and the intended use.
■Terms of Use
1.MY ENGLISH IS NOT VERY GOOD. I AM USING A MACHINE TRANSLATION. I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
2.I only accept commissions for original characters/OCs (I accept your online game characters as well, such as those in MMOs), your Vtuber style.
3.By requesting a commission, you are agreeing that you will only use the illustration for personal use and will not reproduce and distribute the material for anything other than personal use.
4.The following items are permitted
・Personal use
・Use for SNS headers and icons
・Use within monetized channels or communities
・Used as a free distribution benefit through electronic content
5.Prohibitions
・Secondary transfer to another party via money
・Significant alterations to the extent that the prototype is no longer intact
・Making statements falsely claiming to have made them yourself
・Use in places that are offensive to public order and morals
6.I may (or may not) upload the finished illustration to my SNS. If that is not allowed, please let us know in advance.
7.If your character is too detailed, I may decline your commission request. I may draw a simplified version of the design.
8.There are no refunds. I only accept payment via PayPal. * USD
